Can I Cancel CosmoGO Extra?

Yes, how you cancel depends on the device you used to subscribe:


  • Roku, iOS, or Android: Cancel through the same platform you used to subscribe.

  • Web, Samsung Smart TV, or LG Smart TV: Go to cosmogo.com, click your profile icon, select Subscriptions, and choose Cancel.


Roku:

To cancel a subscription managed through Roku, you need to turn off auto-renew.

On the Roku website:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com and go to Manage your subscriptions.

  2. Under Active subscriptions, select CosmoGO.

  3. Select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.

On your Roku device or Roku TV:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.

  2. Highlight the CosmoGO app and press the Star (*) button.

  3. Select Manage subscription and then Turn off auto-renew.

  4. Choose whether to remove the app immediately or keep it until the end of the subscription term.

Android Mobile App

  • Open the Google Play Store app.

  • Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

  • Select CosmoGO Extra → Cancel subscription.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts.


IOS Mobile App & Apple TV

  • Open Settings, tap your name/Apple ID → Subscriptions.

  • Select CosmoGO Extra → Cancel Subscription.

  • If no cancel button appears, your subscription is already canceled.


Important: Whether you cancel a monthly or annual subscription, you’ll still have access for the remainder of your subscription period.
