I Received A Device Limit Error. What Do I Do?

CosmoGO allows up to 5 devices to be connected to your account at a time. If you try to register a new device after reaching the limit, you'll see an error message.

Error message: You have reached the maximum number of devices in your account. Please remove one of your devices via the web app and try again.

To add a new device, you’ll need to remove one of the existing ones from your account.

1. Go to 
cosomogo.com
2. Click 
LOGIN (or tap the person icon if you're already signed in)
3. From the menu, select 
DEVICES
4. Find the device you want to remove and click 
REMOVE
5. Confirm by selecting 
YES in the pop-up window

Important: After removing a device, there’s a 7-day cooldown period before you can add a new one.
