CosmoGO 50% OFF Promotion - Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered at the sole discretion of CosmoGO. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promotion Period
   
   

   • The Promotion launches on October 15, 2025 and will be in market for a limited period of time.
     
     

   • CosmoGO reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
     
     

2. Discount Details
   
   

   • Customers can receive 50% off one (1) eligible title by using the promo code COSMOGO50 at checkout.

   • The code is limited to one use per customer.

   • The code can be redeemed towards a title available to for BUY or RENT

   • The discount does not apply to the CosmoGO Extra subscription.

   • This promotion is valid on TVOD transactions only, including Rent and Buy options.

   • The promo code cannot be applied to subscription (SVOD) purchases, including CosmoGO Extra. 

   • For titles that offer both TVOD (Rent/Buy) and SVOD (Subscribe) options, the discount applies only when a Rent or Buy option is selected. The promo code will not apply if a subscription option is chosen.

   • Titles that are available exclusively through subscription (SVOD) are not eligible for this promotion. 
     
     
     

3. Redemption
   
   

   • To redeem, enter the promo code COSMOGO50 during checkout. The 50% discount will be applied to the item’s price at the time of purchase and as displayed.

   • Code will be applied to the net price after any applicable discounts (previously displayed retail prices will not be considered)
     
     

   • The code applies to a single item per customer per transaction. Any additional items will be charged at full price. 
     
     

4. Limitations
   
   

   • The promo code is non-transferable and has no cash value.
     
     

   • No adjustments will be made on previous purchases.
     
     

   • CosmoGO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused promo codes.
     
     

5. Changes & Termination
   
   

   • CosmoGO reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these terms at any time, for any reason, without notice.
     
     

6. General
   
   

   • All use of CosmoGO’s services is subject to CosmoGO’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
     
     

   • Void where prohibited by law.
