Scene+ Offer - Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered at the sole discretion of CosmoGO. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Promotion Period

• The Promotion runs from August 27 at 12:00 a.m. ET through September 24 at 11:59 p.m. ET. 

• CosmoGO reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Discount Details

• Customers can receive 50% off one (1) eligible title by using the promo code SCENE50 at checkout.

• The promo code may be redeemed up to four (4) times per eligible customer during the Promotion Period.

• Only one (1) title may be purchased per transaction when redeeming the promo code. A separate order is required for each redemption.

• The promo code is valid on eligible Rent or Buy (TVOD) transactions. 

• The discount does not apply to the CosmoGO Extra subscription.

• This promotion is valid on TVOD transactions only, including Rent and Buy options.

• The promo code cannot be applied to subscription (SVOD) purchases, including CosmoGO Extra. 

• For titles that offer both TVOD (Rent/Buy) and SVOD (Subscribe) options, the discount applies only when a Rent or Buy option is selected. The promo code will not apply if a subscription option is chosen.

• Titles that are available exclusively through subscription (SVOD) are not eligible for this promotion. 

Eligibility

• This promotion is available only to eligible first-time users of CosmoGO.

• Customers who have completed an EST (Electronic Sell-Through) or VOD (Video On Demand) purchase transaction on CosmoGO on or after September 9th, 2025 are not eligible to redeem the promo code.

• Customers whose only prior CosmoGO purchase activity consists solely of a CosmoGO+ subscription, with no prior TVOD Rent or Buy transactions, remain eligible for this promotion.

• CosmoGO reserves the right to determine eligibility for the promotion at its sole discretion.

Redemption

• To redeem, enter the promo code SCENE50 during checkout. The 50% discount will be applied to the eligible item's purchase price at checkout.

• The discount is applied to the net purchase price after any applicable discounts. Previously displayed or regular retail prices will not be considered. 

• Each redemption is valid for one (1) eligible title only. The promo code may be used up to four (4) times per eligible customer, with one redemption per transaction. To redeem the code multiple times, each eligible title must be purchased in a separate order.

Limitations

• The promo code is non-transferable and has no cash value.

• The promo code may not be combined with any other promotional offer or discount unless expressly stated.

• No adjustments will be made on previous purchases.

• CosmoGO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused promo codes.

Changes & Termination

• CosmoGO reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these terms at any time, for any reason, without notice.

General

• All use of CosmoGO’s services is subject to CosmoGO’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Void where prohibited by law.
