If you subscribed to CosmoGO Extra on web, Android Smart TV, LG Smart TV or Samsung Smart TV, you can switch from monthly to annual subscription and vice versa on cosmogo.com. Your plan will automatically change at renewal.
To change your subscription option on web, please follow the below steps:
Go to cosmogo.com
Login into your CosmoGO account if you’re not already
Click on the profile icon located at the top right hand corner
Click on “Subscriptions” in the menu
Click on “change”
Select the monthly or annual subscription that you would like to switch to
If you subscribed from the CosmoGO app on IOS, Android Mobile Roku, in order to switch between monthly and annual CosmoGO Extra plans, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and wait until your current period ends. Then, you can re-subscribe with your preferred plan.
