Cineplex gift cards can only be used for products and services offered directly by Cineplex Entertainment. Unfortunately, they are not accepted on CosmoGO as we are not affiliated with Cineplex.
If you had gift cards linked to your Cineplex account, we recommend contacting Cineplex Customer Service first to retrieve them. You can contact them HERE. If your gift cards are still valid, you will be able to use them exclusively on Cineplex platforms and services, such as their theatres.
