How Do I Redeem My Promotional Code/pin?

If you have a promotional code or PIN for CosmoGO, simply enter it during checkout before completing your purchase or rental.

Follow these steps to redeem your pin code:
1. Go to cosmogo.com or the CosmoGO app on a supported Roku, Samsung Smart TV or LG Smart TV).
2. Choose the title you want to watch. Please make sure your code is valid for that title, promo codes typically don't apply to TV shows or bundles.
3. On the purchase screen, enter your code in the PROMO CODE section.
4. Click APPLY CODE to redeem it.
4. Click PAY NOW to confirm your purchase

Please note: Promo codes and PINs may have expiration dates and may only apply to certain titles or promotions, be sure to check the details.

For Cineplex Store customers: Valid promo codes can still be used on CosmoGO. Expiry dates and code type restrictions still apply.
