To request account deletion, please follow the steps below:
- Go to cosmogo.com on your browser
- Click on LOGIN to sign into your account at the top right hand corner
- If you're already logged in, please click on the person icon at the top right hand corner
- Click on ACCOUNT
- Click on REQUEST TO DELETE ACCOUNT
- This will automatically send the request to our customer service team, from here, they'll confirm the deletion of your account via email. Alternatively, you can email help@cosmogo.com or privacy@cosmoblue.com directly to request account deletion.
Please note that your account history & all related account information will be deleted. By deleting your CosmoGO account, all items that you have previously purchased will also be permanently deleted. This means that you will no longer be able to access the films, TV shows, bundles or other titles that you purchased from the CosmoGO or the Cineplex Store.
